Frequently Asked Questions about our laptop repair service

Q. How long do repairs normally take?
A. Our repair service takes a maximum of 5 days unless the spare part is not in-stock and we have to order it. We will inform you immediatly if this is the case.

Q. What are the pickup/delivery costs?
A. Our Pickup/Delivery Service costs £25 + VAT (with £15000 insurance)

Q. Do you charge an inspection fee?
A. No, we only charge for repairs carried out.

Q. What happens if spare parts aren't available?
A. It's never happened yet!

Q. What are the Pickup/Delivery times?
A. Monday - Friday 09:00-17:00 excluding UK bank holidays.

Q. Are there any additional costs if spare parts are required?
A. No all prices quoted are for labour and parts.

Q. How will I know when my laptop will be returned?
A. We will contact you before sending the repaired laptop back to and inform you of the delivery date and time.
